Middle East Trip blog

We went to Jordan + Israel + Egypt to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary from 12/23 to 1/10. The trip was very adventurous and exciting. Our travel agent in India had worked with local agents to get all bookings done. Everything worked pretty smoothly with no major bad surprises :) .
Manasi diligently wrote daily in a travel book and I and Manasi are putting this in a blog.
Here we start ....

After a little over 1 month’s planning, I and Rohit are all set to go to experience the journey of civilization - a place no better than the middle east !

12/23: Both of us decided to work from home until noon and then dedicated the time to pack our bags and add all the finishing touches for our trip. Saurabh was very kind to let us use his digital SLR to capture some of the most panoramic views we were going to see ....Rohit decided to take care of the SLR, while I had my 'point and shoot' cannon with me. We were trying this out (2 cameras) for the first time.

In the afternoon, Snehal graciously agreed to drop us at SFO and we began our trip !
